Growth operations for DTC

Your growth team should be in the account when the number moves.

Specialist support across acquisition, creative, conversion, retention, and measurement—led by a human who stays accountable for every decision.

Your point person is Christian Sierra—available to discuss the work, challenge a recommendation, and make the final call.

One operating ruleAgents investigate and recommend. A human decides what ships.

The gap

More coverage than one hire, with a human you can reach.

Frac7 is for brands that have outgrown DIY buying but still want clarity and control. You keep your accounts, see the work, and approve meaningful changes.

01

Always watching

Checks run throughout the day—not only before a weekly call.

02

Shared context

Creative, media, site, and retention work from one client-safe operating picture.

03

Backend truth

Store orders and validated sources come before platform-reported numbers.

04

Human accountable

Christian owns the relationship and the final decision.

Meet the account room

Distinct minds. One memory of your account.

Each specialist has a clear role, working memory, and reporting rhythm. Open a profile to see what they own and where they stop.

Built to learn without mixing clients

Role memory persists, while client context stays isolated. The team shares methods—not another brand's data or strategy.

Live monitoring

See the team working, not just the result afterward.

This public console is a simulated example. In an invited client workspace, activity is client-scoped and metrics appear only after a source has been validated.

Client cockpit

Connections, metrics, creative, and agent heartbeats in one calm view.

Access uses each provider's authorization flow. Your passwords stay with the provider, credentials are protected, and missing data is never dressed up as a number.

  • Leadsie-style connection flow for Shopify, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Clear agent status and a client-visible activity trail
  • A clear approval step before a recommendation becomes an action
  • Creative watch with protected client identity

The operating room

Updates arrive with context, not another dashboard to decode.

Your Frac7 workspace keeps the current question, evidence, owner, and next decision in one place. A shared client channel can be set up during onboarding when it suits your team.

  • One clear owner for every recommendation
  • Evidence linked before a decision is requested
  • Approval history that makes the next conversation easier

Client details stay private until there is a real reason to share them.

Questions

What clients usually ask first.

Are the agents making live account changes?

No. They inspect, draft, and recommend. Christian approves before anything is published, sent, paused, launched, or spent.

Can one client's data teach another client's agent?

No private client data crosses the boundary. General methods can improve, but identities, numbers, strategies, and account context remain isolated.

Is the dashboard live?

The public dashboard is simulated. Invited client workspaces show live data only after sources are connected and validated.

Do I give Frac7 my passwords?

No. Connections use each provider's authorization flow. You can revoke access from the portal or directly with the provider.

Who will I actually work with?

Christian Sierra is your accountable point person. The specialist team helps investigate and prepare work, while Christian stays available for priorities, decisions, and the context that needs a human conversation.

What happens in the first week?

We agree on priorities, connect only the approved sources, and establish a measurement baseline. We do not rush changes before the account context is clear.

Can I keep my existing agency or internal team?

Yes. Frac7 can work alongside your existing operators. Roles, decision rights, and handoffs are agreed before work starts, so there is no confusion about ownership.

What would make Frac7 a poor fit?

It is not a fit if you need irreversible changes made without review, or cannot provide the order and marketing data needed to measure the work honestly.
